Xandex requires a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) before returned materials will be accepted. To request an authorization to return materials to Xandex for any reason please complete and submit an RMA request form and a customer service representative will contact you with an authorization number for your return. MATERIALS ARRIVING WITHOUT A VALID RMA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED.
